Summary
This study checked how a new drug called ESK-001 affects the heart's electrical activity in 52 healthy adults aged 18 to 55. Participants received ESK-001, a placebo (fake drug), and moxifloxacin (a known heart-effect drug) in a random order. The goal was to see if ESK-001 causes any heart rhythm changes, helping ensure the drug is safe for future testing.
