Summary
This study tests a procedure called Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) to help people with obesity lose weight. It involves using a flexible tube to stitch the stomach smaller, reducing its size without traditional surgery. The trial will include 300 adults aged 18-75 with a BMI of 30 or higher who have not succeeded with diet, exercise, or medication. Researchers will measure weight loss over 24 months and track any side effects.
