Researchers will measure changes in visionary, instructional, and scientific leadership using a questionnaire before and after the activity.

Active substance

Escape room simulation

What this could lead to

If successful, this could show that game-based learning helps nursing students build leadership skills, potentially improving future patient care.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage study with only 70 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The intervention is a single session, and leadership changes may not last.
