Summary
This study looks at how often pregnant women who experience early water breaking carry antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Researchers will follow 250 women in French hospitals, taking samples to track these bacteria over time. The goal is to help doctors choose the right antibiotics to protect both mother and baby from infection.
