Summary
This study observes how patients with advanced small cell lung cancer are treated in everyday hospital settings and how they respond. About 96 adults will join, and researchers will collect data from medical records and regular check-ins every 3 months. No experimental treatments are given—the goal is to learn from real-world care to improve future strategies.
