Immune cell injection aims to tame severe lupus kidney flares

Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called ES-NK cells for people with severe lupus nephritis that hasn't responded to standard care. The therapy uses specially grown immune cells to try to control the disease. About 5 to 9 participants will receive different doses to check safety and see if it helps the kidneys.
