Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new cell therapy (ES-NK cells) in 5 to 9 people with severe lupus kidney disease that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the therapy is safe and can help control the disease. Participants will receive one of three dose levels, and the study will monitor side effects and kidney remission.
