Veterans with OCD: can a simple therapy restore work and relationships?

Summary
This study tests whether a type of talk therapy called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) can help veterans with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) function better at work, home, and in social settings. About 160 veterans with OCD (half also have PTSD) will receive either ERP or a comparison treatment. The goal is to see if ERP improves daily functioning and quality of life more than the control.
