NCT ID NCT05530057
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a trastuzumab biosimilar (SB3) to the chemotherapy drug eribulin helps control advanced HER2-positive breast cancer better than eribulin alone. It is for people whose cancer has returned or spread and who have already tried at least two prior HER2-targeted treatments. The trial will enroll 180 adults and measure how long the cancer stays under control.
