Summary

This study tests whether adding the chemotherapy drug eribulin to the immunotherapy atezolizumab works better than atezolizumab alone for people with advanced urothelial cancer (a type of bladder cancer) that has spread or come back. The study includes 72 adults who cannot take the standard chemotherapy cisplatin. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors more effectively and to check for side effects.
