Summary
This study looked at two different injections to ease pain and improve walking in people with lumbar spinal stenosis, a common cause of back and leg pain in older adults. 30 adults who had not gotten better with other treatments received either an erector spinae plane block or a caudal epidural steroid injection. The goal was to see which method works better for pain, function, and walking ability.
