Summary
This study tests whether the drug erdosteine can help people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Researchers will measure changes in liver fat and scarring in 50 adults over the course of the trial. The goal is to see if erdosteine is safe and effective for controlling this common liver condition.
