Summary
This study is testing whether a pill called erdafitinib can help control a specific type of recurrent brain tumor (glioma) that has a particular genetic change. It is for adults whose tumors have grown back or worsened after initial treatment. The drug aims to block a faulty protein that tells the tumor cells to grow, potentially slowing or shrinking the cancer.
