Summary
This study looked at 292 people who needed an ERCP, a procedure to open the bile duct. Doctors compared two different guide wire lengths (short vs long) to see which one allowed faster and safer access. The goal was to find out if one method reduces procedure time and lowers the risk of pancreatitis.
