Summary
This study tested whether starting treatment very early in vitiligo can stop the disease from spreading and improve skin color return. 51 people with different stages of vitiligo received a combination of light therapy and low-dose steroids for 6 months. The goal was to see if this approach reduces immune cells in the skin that cause white patches.
