First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special recovery plan (ERAS) helps people leave the hospital sooner after minimally invasive stomach cancer surgery. About 308 adults will be randomly assigned to either the ERAS plan or standard care. The goal is to see if more patients meet discharge criteria, like eating soft food, walking 600 meters, and having good pain control.
