New drug trial offers hope for rare bone cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ERAS-601 in people with advanced chordoma, a rare type of bone cancer that has continued to grow despite previous treatments. Researchers want to find out if ERAS-601 is safe and if it can help control the cancer by shrinking tumors or stopping their growth for at least six months. The trial will enroll about 46 adults whose cancer has recently progressed.
