First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested an experimental drug called ER2001 in 8 adults with early Huntington's disease. The main goal was to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. Participants received increasing doses of the drug through an IV over 6 weeks. This study is a first step to see if ER2001 might help control the disease.
