Horse power: equicoaching aims to rebuild social lives of young cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07515274
First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study explores whether equicoaching—coaching sessions with horses—can help young adults (ages 15-25) who finished cancer treatment feel more confident, independent, and socially connected. Ten participants will be interviewed before and after the program to see how their social reintegration changes. The goal is to improve well-being and quality of life, not to treat the cancer itself.
