Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called EPX-100 (clemizole) in 150 children and adults with Dravet syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy. The goal is to see if adding EPX-100 to current treatments can safely reduce the number of motor seizures. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for 20 weeks.
