Summary
This study follows 100 people having surgery to remove a scar-like membrane on the retina (epiretinal membrane). Half will also receive a gentle laser treatment one month after surgery. Researchers will measure vision and eye structure changes over four months to see if the laser helps recovery. The goal is to better understand which patients benefit most and improve future surgical decisions.
