Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called epinephrine to a specific nerve block can reduce bleeding during sinus surgery. It involves 80 adults with chronic sinusitis who are scheduled for a common procedure called FESS. The goal is to see if this approach makes the surgery safer by improving the surgeon's view and potentially shortening the operation time.
