First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking levetiracetam three times a day works better than the usual twice-daily schedule for adults with uncontrolled epilepsy. About 120 participants will track their seizures and side effects in a diary. The goal is to see if the new dosing leads to more seizure-free days and fewer side effects.
