Could taking epilepsy meds three times a day cut seizures?

NCT ID NCT07490769

First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking levetiracetam three times daily helps adults with epilepsy have more seizure-free days than the standard twice-daily schedule. About 120 participants who already take high-dose levetiracetam will track their seizures and side effects in a diary. The goal is to see if the new dosing is both safer and more effective.
