Summary
This study compares two ways of selecting biologic treatment for adults with active Crohn's disease: using a new epigenetic test (EpiPredict) versus the usual standard of care. About 378 participants will be randomly assigned to either approach. The goal is to see if the test leads to better remission and healing of the gut lining at 26 weeks, while also being safe and cost-effective.
