Summary
This study tests a new approach to help people with complete spinal cord injury walk overground. It combines a spinal cord stimulator (epidural stimulation) with a wearable robot suit and resistance training. The goal is to improve walking speed, muscle strength, and overall health. The trial enrolls 20 adults aged 18-60 with motor-complete spinal cord injury at level T10 or above.
