New drug duo takes on tough lymphoma in Immune-Compromised patients

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, epcoritamab and lenalidomide, for people with a type of lymphoma that didn't respond to treatment or came back, and who have weakened immune systems. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink or eliminate the cancer. About 34 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
