Summary
This study aims to understand how two different fish oil supplements (EPA and DHA) affect blood clotting and inflammation in people with high triglycerides. Researchers will compare these two common omega-3 fatty acids to see if one works better than the other. The study involves 80 participants who will take either EPA or DHA supplements for eight weeks while tracking their diet and activity.
