Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called EP-104GI for adults with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition that causes painful swallowing and inflammation in the food pipe. The drug is a long-acting steroid injected directly into the esophagus during a standard scope procedure. Researchers aim to find a safe and effective dose that reduces inflammation and improves patients' ability to swallow over a year of follow-up.
