NCT ID NCT05095116
Summary
This program provided expanded access to the experimental medication APT-1011 for people with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) who couldn't participate in regular clinical trials or had exhausted other treatment options. Patients received a 120-day supply of the oral dissolving tablet and were monitored during clinic visits every four months. The program aimed to control the chronic inflammatory condition while the medication awaited commercial availability.
