Summary
This study tested a new vaccine called EO2401 in 100 adults with glioblastoma that had come back after standard treatment. The vaccine was given alone or with other drugs to see if it was safe and could help the immune system fight the cancer. The goal was to find better ways to control this aggressive brain tumor.
