Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement containing digestive enzymes can reduce belly bloating after meals in adults with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). About 300 participants will either take the enzyme supplement along with a low-FODMAP diet or follow the diet alone for 14 days. The main goal is to see if the supplement improves bloating and other gut symptoms.
