Summary
This study tests whether an online platform called ENYOY can reduce psychological distress in young people aged 16 to 25 who are waiting for mental health care. Participants are randomly assigned to either use the platform (with coach and peer support) plus usual care, or just usual care. The goal is to ease symptoms like low mood and anxiety while they wait for treatment.
