Summary
This study tested a new drug called ENX-104 in people with major depression who also experience anhedonia, which is a loss of interest or pleasure. The main goal was to see if the drug was safe and how the body processes it. The study involved 48 participants and was an early-stage (Phase 1) trial to gather initial safety data.
