Summary
This study tests whether enavogliflozin, a diabetes drug, can improve heart blood flow and exercise capacity in 30 obese adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps heart function beyond blood sugar control.
