Summary
This study looks at how well Envlo or Envlomet SR tablets control blood sugar and their safety in 15,000 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants take the medication as prescribed by their doctor for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see changes in HbA1c, a key blood sugar measure.
