Summary
This study tests a new type of lens (enVista Beyond) placed in the eye during cataract surgery. The goal is to see if it helps people see clearly at far, middle, and near distances without glasses. About 304 adults with cataracts are taking part. The study compares this new lens to a standard one to check safety and how well it works.
