New pill tested to tame severe asthma attacks

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called ENV-294 to see if it can help adults whose moderate-to-severe asthma is not fully controlled by their current inhalers. About 50 participants will take either the new drug or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if it improves asthma control, reduces flare-ups, and is safe for people to use.
