Massive registry to track new Stroke-Preventing artery procedure

Summary
This study will track 5,000 people with carotid artery disease who receive a procedure called TCAR using the ENROUTE system. The goal is to see how well the treatment works in everyday medical practice and to collect information on costs and patient outcomes. The study will monitor for serious events like stroke, heart attack, or death within a year of the procedure.
