New combo aims to stall advanced breast cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, entinostat and oral paclitaxel, in people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR+HER2-). The goal is to see if this treatment can slow down the cancer's growth. About 50 adults who have already tried 2 to 4 other treatments will take part. The study is not yet recruiting.
