First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining job support with HIV prevention education helps young adults (ages 18-24) in Baltimore improve their economic stability and reduce risky sexual behaviors. About 500 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either job alerts alone or job alerts plus extra HIV prevention messages, educational sessions, and mentoring. The goal is to see if this combined approach lowers the chance of HIV infection.
