Summary
This study tested if a drug called enobosarm could help people aged 60 and older keep their muscle while using popular weight-loss medications (GLP-1 agonists). Researchers wanted to see if adding enobosarm to the weight-loss treatment could prevent the loss of lean body mass, which is a common side effect. The study involved 168 participants and compared two different doses of enobosarm against a placebo over several months.
