Summary
This study tested whether a drug called enobosarm could help older adults taking medications like Wegovy for weight loss keep their muscle mass. Researchers enrolled 168 participants aged 60+ and gave them either enobosarm or a placebo pill alongside their weight-loss medication for 4 months. The main goal was to see if enobosarm increased lean body mass compared to the placebo.
