Summary

This study looks at how different Enneagram personality types are connected to eating habits, emotional eating, and overall well-being in 250 adults with obesity. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their personality, eating behaviors, and psychological health. The goal is to better understand these relationships to guide future support strategies.
