Summary
This study is testing new ways to measure how well the eye adapts to darkness in people with early age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and in healthy volunteers. The goal is to find reliable tests that can be used in future treatment studies. Researchers will track changes over time and look at how these tests relate to eye structure and genetics.
