Home-Based care plan aims to speed recovery for frail seniors after cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a special home support program helps frail, older adults recover better after colon cancer surgery. The program includes a health check, diet advice, and exercise guidance provided at home after leaving the hospital. Researchers will compare recovery in 60 participants who get this extra support to those who receive standard care.
