New telehealth program aims to ease daily struggles for advanced cancer patients

Summary

This study tests a new telehealth program called ENGAGE for people with stage IV breast, prostate, lung, or colorectal cancer. The program aims to reduce how much symptoms like pain, fatigue, and distress interfere with daily life. About 190 participants will be randomly assigned to ENGAGE or a standard support group, and their progress will be tracked over 4 months.
