Summary
This study is testing whether the drug enfortumab vedotin can help control advanced colorectal cancer or liver cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. It is for adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and for how long it keeps the cancer from progressing.
