New drug shows promise for Tough-to-Treat urinary tract cancer

Summary
This study tests whether the drug enfortumab vedotin can safely shrink or eliminate high-grade upper urinary tract cancer before surgery. It is for 24 people who cannot take or choose not to take the standard chemotherapy drug cisplatin. Participants will receive the drug before their planned surgery to remove the tumor, and researchers will check if the cancer is completely gone after surgery.
