New drug shows promise for rare urinary tract cancer before surgery

Summary
This study tests if the drug enfortumab vedotin can shrink or eliminate high-grade urothelial carcinoma in the upper urinary tract before standard surgery. It is for 24 people who cannot or choose not to take the chemotherapy drug cisplatin. The main goal is to see if the drug can clear all cancer cells from the surgical sample.
