New drug shows promise for rare penile cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called enfortumab vedotin for people with penile cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The drug targets a protein on cancer cells to deliver a toxin that kills them. About 28 adults will take part to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the disease.
